Purchasing Coordinator / Sales & Customer Support
Growing food distribution company based in Hopkins, MN is seeking a full-time Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, managing inventory, supporting customers, and helping drive product growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position offers a variety of responsibilities across purchasing, sales support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and purchasing across assigned categories.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
- Track costs and maintain accurate product and pricing data.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth product flow.
- Provide sales support to customers and retail partners.
- Assist with customer inquiries, product information, pricing, and order-related questions.
- Work with manufacturers and sales representatives to support promotions and new item launches.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, inventory management, customer service, sales support, or food distribution preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
